What Makes This Opportunity Different
- $26–$31 per hour plus referral bonus, based on experience and qualifications
- Small group training (maximum 6 members per session)

What You'll Do
- Lead engaging small group personal training sessions (maximum 6 clients)
- Provide individualized coaching and exercise modifications
- Build lasting relationships with members
- Deliver a welcoming, energetic, and results-driven experience
- Encourage accountability while celebrating member successes
- Assist members to improve their strength, confidence, and quality of life
We're Looking for Coaches Who Are:
- Positive, energetic, and dependable
- Passionate about helping others succeed
- Excellent communicators who enjoy building relationships
- Team-oriented and coachable
- Comfortable coaching adults, primarily ages 40–70
Preferred Qualifications
- Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent) and/or degree in kinesiology/exercise science
- Experience in personal training, strength coaching, or group fitness
