Low Voltage / CCTV / Access Control Technician – New Jersey

We are a fast-growing New Jersey–based low-voltage and IT systems company specializing in structured cabling, CCTV systems, access control, and IT networking. We are seeking a motivated technician to join our team and grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Install & terminate Cat5e/Cat6
- Install CCTV systems (IP cameras, NVR/DVR)
- Install access control (maglocks, strikes, readers)
- Build/dress network racks
- Run cable through ceilings/walls
- Program devices and troubleshoot network/CCTV issues
- Maintain clean and professional work sites
- Communicate with clients and project leads
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years low-voltage/cabling experience
- Experience with cameras & access control preferred
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, PoE, switches)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and use ladders
- Strong communication and work ethic
Preferred:
- Experience with Brivo, Kisi, Openpath, Ubiquiti, Hikvision, Hanwha, Verkada
- BICSI or manufacturer certs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
