EcoView Windows & Doors is seeking a Regional Service & Measure Manager to support our growing Texas operations. This is a field leadership position for someone who understands installation, can identify problems before they happen, accurately measure projects, and help ensure our customers receive an exceptional experience.
Instead of installing every day, you'll be using your experience to inspect projects, perform measurements, solve problems, and support installation teams throughout the region.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Measuring replacement window and door projects.
- - Conducting pre-installation inspections.
- - Troubleshooting installation and service issues.
- - Performing quality-control inspections.
- - Working directly with homeowners to resolve concerns.
- - Supporting installation crews when technical expertise is needed.
- - Documenting field conditions and communicating solutions.
- - Traveling throughout Texas to support projects and customers.
What we are looking for:
- - Strong window and door installation experience.
- - Ability to accurately measure replacement windows and doors.
- - Knowledge of installation methods, framing, flashing, and troubleshooting.
- - Professional communication skills.
- - Reliable truck and willingness to travel.
- - Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Compensation$80,000–$150,000+ annually depending on experience, performance, and travel availability.
