⭐ About the Role
We’re a commercial maintenance company looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician who can handle a wide range of repairs and provide reliable service to our clients. If you’re hands-on, safety-focused, and want steady daytime hours with guaranteed overtime opportunities, this is a great fit.
You’ll complete work orders, perform general repairs, and use a company-provided smartphone to upload photos and notes for each job. This role includes a rotating on-call schedule — all on-call work is paid overtime.
⭐ What You’ll Do
- Perform general commercial maintenance and repairs
- Stucco and drywall patching/texture matching
- Paver repair (leveling uneven pavers)
- Asphalt repair (minor patching)
- Pressure washing
- Replace ceiling tiles and perform light interior repairs
- Safely work on ladders up to 24 ft
- Use a smartphone to document work orders with photos and notes
- Follow written and verbal instructions and complete tasks on time
- Participate in rotating weekend on-call schedule

- Basic personal hand tools
- Valid driver’s license + safe driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Comfortable using a smartphone for work orders
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to meet deadlines
