Spark Capital is a rapidly growing real estate investment company specializing in acquiring and selling residential properties throughout the United States. We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Junior Disposition Specialist to join our team and help connect investment properties with buyers and investors.
This role is ideal for candidates with sales, customer service, account management, or real estate experience who enjoy building relationships, negotiating deals, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Market investment properties to cash buyers and investors.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, agents, and investment partners.
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and buyer outreach campaigns.
- Coordinate property showings and answer buyer inquiries.
- Negotiate assignment fees and sales terms.
- Maintain accurate buyer records and communications in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the Acquisitions and Transaction Coordination teams.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Sales, customer service, account management, or real estate experience preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with buyers and investors throughout the day.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
- Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and strong work ethic.
- Real estate investing or wholesaling experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary of $2,500/month.
