- Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
- Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints.
- Communicate progress and address challenges with stakeholders and project managers.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Resolve any on-site issues to minimize delays and ensure quality standards.
