Expert Training — State-approved academy, real estate live stream and online. Licensed in as little as two to eight weeks.

A Washington Real Estate License is required — but if you don't have one yet, that's perfectly fine. Our in-house Academy of Real Estate will get you licensed fast with flexible class options.
You should be ready to prospect for new business daily, embrace technology and personal marketing, attend in-office coaching and sales meetings, and adapt to flexible work hours. No prior real estate experience necessary.
