We're recruiting for a Reliability Technician to join an established manufacturing company in Dixon, IL.

What You'll Do
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability
- Inspect equipment and identify potential failures before breakdowns occur
- Analyze equipment failures and support root cause investigations
- Implement corrective actions to improve equipment performance
- Work with Engineering, Maintenance and Production on reliability improvements
- Monitor equipment health using CMMS, diagnostics and maintenance data
- Maintain maintenance records, inspections and equipment performance metrics
- Manage critical spare parts inventory
- Support safety initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Mentor team members and promote reliability best practices
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' maintenance, reliability or equipment performance experience within manufacturing
- Associate Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering Technology, Mechanical, Electrical or related field preferred
- Experience using CMMS systems
- Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals and schematics
- Reliability certifications, vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound inspection, RCFA or automated manufacturing experience are advantageous
