Visiting Angels Atlanta Midtown is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Scheduler to support
our growing home care agency. This position plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer
service, coordinating caregiver schedules, supporting the hiring process, and maintaining
organized office operations.

Schedule & Availability
Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
This position requires availability to work during regular office hours and flexibility to respond to occasional after-hours caregiver calls related to scheduling, staffing, and urgent operational needs.
Candidates should be dependable, organized, and able to provide professional support when after-hours coverage is needed.

Qualifications
Required
● High school diploma or GED
● Previous administrative office experience
● Excellent customer service skills
● Strong organizational and time-management abilities
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Professional telephone etiquette
● Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
● Strong attention to detail
● Ability to maintain confidentiality
● Dependable with excellent attendance
Preferred
● Previous scheduling experience
● Home care, healthcare, staffing, or medical office experience
● Experience working with electronic records
