The ideal candidate would be someone with at least 2 years experience in dispatching the trades. They would have experience in pulling permits, scheduling, and customer service.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to run an efficient schedule.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support office manager in preparing office reports through Excel
- Work in a weekly on call rotation.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Must haves:
- Proven experience as a dispatcher, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Punctuality

Pay: $41,600.00 - $58,240.00 per year
