Blackhawk Country Club is seeking exceptional, detail-oriented Bartenders to join our team (approximately 20–30 hours per week).
We are ideally looking for candidates with prior experience in high-level hospitality—such as private country clubs, fine dining establishments, or upscale boutique lounges—who understand the nuances of elevated hospitality.
Key Requirements & Availability:
- Scheduling: Must have open availability for both weekdays and weekends (including days, evenings, and holidays as required by club events).
- Experience: Previous experience in a high-end service environment is strongly preferred. A strong foundational knowledge of classic cocktails, wine presentation, and premium spirits is required.
- Service Excellence: Applicants must be highly professional, team-oriented, and driven to provide flawless, personalized service.
- Member Relations: Ability to maintain a warm, sophisticated rapport with club members and their guests while executing a consistent, fast-paced beverage program.
Compensation:
- Starting Pay: $12–$15 an hour + premium club tips.
