Home Offer 365 is looking for one exceptional person to lead and manage our residential renovation projects across multiple states. (NO DRIVING, NO VISITING SITES)
If you've managed residential remodeling projects, coordinated contractors, prepared estimates, or overseen property maintenance, we'd love to talk with you.
This is an office-based position—no traveling to job sites. You'll manage renovation projects remotely for homes we buy and list on the MLS.
What You'll Do
- Create Scopes of Work (SOW) and renovation budgets
- Review photos, inspection reports, and videos
- Hire, schedule, and manage contractors
- Keep projects on time and within budget
- Coordinate repairs to prepare homes for the MLS
- Communicate with agents, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Most projects are light cosmetic rehabs, rental turnovers, punch-list repairs, and make-ready work, typically ranging from $1,000–$5,000.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with 3+ years of residential renovation, estimating, or property maintenance experience who enjoys organizing projects, solving problems, and keeping contractors accountable.
This position is ideal for someone currently or previously working as a:
- Residential Remodeling Project Manager
- Property Maintenance Manager
- Construction Estimator with Project Management experience
- Insurance Restoration Project Manager (Servpro, Paul Davis, Belfor, etc.)
- Operations Manager for a residential contractor
You don't need to swing a hammer—you need to know how to keep projects moving.
Compensation & Growth
- 8+ projects monthly
- $30–$35/hour during the first 90 days
- 30-40 hours per week, with the opportunity to become full-time
- Promotion to $65,000–$85,000 (base salary + performance bonus)
- $100–$150 bonus for every successfully completed project
- Quarterly performance bonuses
