What You’ll Do
- Support clients in community participation and social experiences.
- Organize a monthly calendar with your clients.
- Assist with independent living skills like budgeting, cooking, and personal hygiene.
- Ensure clients’ safety, health, and emotional well-being.
- Document progress and collaborate with team members.

Requirements
- A reliable, working vehicle and valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Completion of all required DDD/DHS training modules.
