JMarketing ManagerThe Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for helping grow Andreas Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning by increasing brand awareness, generating qualified customer calls, and creating marketing strategies that support the company’s revenue and growth goals.
This role combines strategy, creativity, analytics, and execution. The Marketing Manager will understand our customers, our local market, and our competitive landscape and use that knowledge to develop marketing campaigns that make Andreas the trusted, recognizable choice for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services in the communities we serve.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with company revenue, sales, and growth goals.
- Create and manage a marketing and promotional calendar that supports seasonal demand, company initiatives, and service-line goals.
- Become an expert on our local market, customers, competitors, and industry trends.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, marketing channels, partnerships, and promotional opportunities.
- Develop strategies that strengthen brand awareness and consistently generate qualified inbound calls and leads.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure marketing efforts support overall company objectives.
Lead Generation & Brand Awareness
- Develop campaigns designed to generate customer calls, booked appointments, and revenue.
- Manage a balanced marketing mix including digital, traditional, community, referral, direct-response, and guerrilla marketing.
- Ensure campaigns communicate a clear and compelling message and reinforce the Andreas brand.
- Look for creative opportunities to keep Andreas top-of-mind within the communities we serve.
- Develop localized marketing initiatives that feel personal and relevant rather than generic or corporate.
Digital Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing channels including website, paid search, social media, email, online reviews, retargeting, and other digital advertising opportunities.
- Monitor lead sources, website traffic, campaign performance, conversion rates, cost per lead, and other key performance indicators.
- Work with internal team members and outside partners to continually improve digital performance.
- Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and promotions across all online channels.
Content, Creative & Communications
- Develop marketing materials, advertisements, customer communications, presentations, promotional materials, and sales-support pieces.
- Create and maintain clear brand messaging and communication guidelines.
- Develop stories and content that showcase our team, customers, community involvement, services, company culture, and family-owned history.
- Coordinate photography, video, testimonials, social media content, and other creative assets.
- Assist with press releases, media pitches, talking points, Q&As, presentations, and company announcements.
Community & Public Relations
- Identify opportunities for local media coverage and community exposure.
- Build relationships with community organizations, businesses, media contacts, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate company participation in community events, sponsorships, charitable initiatives, and local partnerships.
- Prepare company representatives for interviews, presentations, public appearances, and media opportunities.
- Help ensure Andreas maintains a strong, positive presence within the communities we serve.
Budget & Performance Management
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
- Track marketing expenses and evaluate performance by campaign and marketing channel.
- Measure marketing ROI and determine which efforts are generating calls, customers, and revenue.
- Regularly review results and adjust campaigns, spending, messaging, or strategy based on performance.
- Maintain clear reporting of marketing KPIs and communicate results to leadership.
- Hold marketing vendors and agency partners accountable for performance.
Vendor & Agency Management
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, digital marketing companies, media representatives, designers, printers, and other marketing partners.
- Clearly communicate company goals, expectations, deadlines, and brand standards.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure outside partners deliver measurable value.
- Negotiate advertising opportunities and seek ways to maximize the company's marketing investment.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising, communications, brand management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Experience tracking marketing performance, budgets, and ROI.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and marketing analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project-management skills.
- Experience working with agencies, media partners, or outside vendors preferred.
- Experience in home services, HVAC, plumbing, construction, or another local service-based business is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
