We are currently seeking an experienced English Instructor who can teach ESL at 8th-9th grade level. Individual must have the highest ethical values and superb teaching skills.
Classes are scheduled Mondays through Thursdays, time is flexible. This is an onsite position with immediate start date. Position will end on August 20th. However, if the candidate can teach SAT/ACT English, it can become permanent part time position.
Qualifications include:
* Minimum of Masters Degree
* Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at high school or college level
* Minimum 2 years of teaching ESL/ESOL at middle or high school level
* Good interpersonal skills and one-on-one communication skills
* Availability to work at least two weekdays after 2pm
* Eligible to work in US
This is a part time position with a workload of about 6/week.
Tangi Learning Center is located in Belmont.
