Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – K–8 (3 openings)
Location: Rockford, IL
School Setting: K–8 Schools
We are seeking three full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to support schools in Rockford, IL for the 2026–2027 school year. These onsite roles offer flexibility in placement, allowing clinicians to be matched to schools and caseloads based on their skills, experience, and interests.
Position Details
- Openings: 3 full-time SLPs
- Orientation: August 3
- Start Date: August 11, 2026
- End Date: May 28, 2027
- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Work Setting: Onsite
Caseload & Placement
- Serve students in K–8th grade
- Likely placement in elementary and/or middle school settings
- Caseloads and assignments will be tailored to clinician strengths and preferences
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language services aligned with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings
Required Qualifications
- IDFPR Licensure
- Professional Educator License (PEL)
Compensation
$58,000 – $75,000 annual salary (based on experience)
