KITCHEN & BATH OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We are in search for a highly motivated, results-driven Home Improvement Outside Sales Person to support and promote residential sales targeting homeowners, contractors, kitchen and bath dealers, and home builders with their kitchen and bath remodel or new construction.
We are a leading fabricator and installer of countertops and shower surrounds using quality products including NATURAL GRANITE, QUARTZ, CULTURED MARBLE, and ACRYLIC SOLID SURFACE. Our projects go beyond kitchens and baths, they may also include, fireplaces, laundry rooms, nooks, shelves, desktops, outdoor kitchens, etc.
We offer our customers a showroom located in Santee with displays and samples as well as offer on-site sales service for the convenience of customers at their location to assist with their custom orders.

The PRIMARY DUTIES include (but not limited to):
1) DEVELOP SALES PROSPECTS!
2) CLOSE THE SALE!
3) BUILD CUSTOMER RELATIONS!
On a MORE DETAILED SCOPE, the position would be responsible for (but not limited to):
· Generate residential sales growth through all means, including cold calling, direct contact, networking, marketing, referrals, etc.
· Working with customers IN PERSON, OVER PHONE AND VIA ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION (phone, email, text, etc) providing them estimates, samples, answers and resolutions and obtaining project details
· Work with customers to obtain the details of the projects such as measurements, dimensions, material, colors, accessories, project constraints, time constraints, as well as explaining product applications, limitations and technical aspects, and walk them through the customer order process to ensure they are receiving the highest level of customer service.
· Follow-up, follow-through on customer accounts, develop customer relations and provide superior customer service!
· Obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
· Achieve set goals in all categories, product lines and price points to ensure profitability of the company.
· Develop new markets, products and services to maintain company growth and profitability meeting sales goals and price points established by the CFO.
· Contact new prospects and generate new business.
· Work with customers to understand project constraints, time constraints, as well as explaining product applications, limitations and technical aspects, etc.
· Prepare take-offs, field measures, price quotes in proposal format to submit to customer.
· Work collaboratively with the Company and internal team members to support accounts, process orders and provide customers with satisfactory customer service.
· Resolves customer issues by investigating problems; developing solutions and making recommendations to management.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Provide reports as required.
This position is based out of our Santee location, although most of the time will be spent out in the field traveling throughout San Diego County including surrounding counties such as Riverside, Orange County, LA and Imperial County.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST have recent work experience in similar Home Improvement industry with understanding our clientele.
- Experience with taking measurements and preparing rough drawings necessary for preparation for an estimate.
- Experience as an Outside Sales Representative with a proven track record of meeting sales goals, generating new business and developing customer relations.

- Must have a valid CA driver’s license
- With a valid offer of employment and employment is contingent upon proof of satisfactory driving record and satisfactory complete the Salesperson Home Improvement Contractor’s registration with the California Contractor State License Board and any background screening required to meet client access requirements.

This is a Full-Time Position. Compensation includes base plus commission and DOE. Benefits available.
