We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our smoke shop team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, maintain store appearance, and help ensure a smooth daily operation. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide knowledgeable assistance with products
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Restock merchandise and organize displays
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Verify customer age and follow all local and state regulations
- Answer customer questions and provide product recommendations
- Open and close the store as scheduled
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
Schedule
- Part-time or full-time
- Flexible shifts available
Pay
Training pay starts at $8 per hour. After successfully completing training, base pay increases to $10 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $15 per hour or more through our daily commission structure based on individual sales performance.
