Job Type: 3 Day Project (August 19th –August 21st)
Wage: $22.00 hour
Shift: Day Shift | 8:00am – 5:00pm | 3 days ONLY
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Team Supervisor to oversee a team of Move-In Assistants during student move in day at a local university. This role is responsible for ensuring move-in operations run smoothly by leading the team, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service to students and their families.
Responsibilities:
· Supervise and support a team of Move-In Assistants throughout the event.
· Assign tasks and ensure team members are working efficiently and safely.
· Monitor move-in operations to ensure everything stays on schedule.
· Serve as the main point of contact for questions, concerns, and unexpected issues.
· Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to team members as needed.
· Ensure students and families receive friendly, professional assistance.
· Communicate with event coordinators and report any operational concerns.
Requirements:
· 6 months to 1year leadership or supervisory experience
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
· Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
