Banana Nails is a small business, nail salon in Chicago, IL. We are professional, innovative and our goal is to provide the highest quality service while maintaining natural nail health. Banana Nails was founded in 2019 by CEO Anastasiia Rozdobutko in the heart of 6 Corners, Portage Park. Since then the company has grown into two nail salons, Old Irving Park and Edison Park, a nail supply store, and a nail school providing nail technician licensing.
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, managing the front desk, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer service.
Position Responsibilities Include:
- Greet and direct clients.
- Answer incoming calls and messages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and related areas.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Provide administrative support to team members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Ensure that all clients leave the salon satisfied with their service.
- Educate clients on the service they need to book.
- Ability to transport to offsite laundry location; wash and fold towels.
- Fill out documents tracking metrics.
- Create excitement around the brand and represent the brand.
Position Details:
Salary: $17.05 (hourly) + benefits
Location: We have two locations; 3960 N Avondale Ave Chicago, IL and 6711 N Northwest Hwy Chicago, IL 60631.
We are looking to hire a candidate that is available for 3 shifts weekly. (Fulltime)
Business Hours:
Mon-Fri 9am-7pm (10 hour shifts)
Sat-Sun 9am-5pm (8 hour shifts)
