We are searching for a Fleet Service Advisor Manager with experience supporting trucking, construction, and commercial fleet operations — someone who values stability, structure, and professionalism in a fast-moving industry.
At O’Bryan Automotive Systems, we’ve built a reputation on systems that eliminate chaos. Our shop runs with precision — from customer communication to technician inspections — because consistency builds trust. We’re looking for a leader who thrives in that environment and wants to be part of something built to last.
What This Role Does
This is a key leadership role in our business. You’ll oversee fleet accounts for construction, service, and trucking companies — keeping their vehicles on the road and their teams working. Your job is to communicate clearly, manage schedules efficiently, and ensure every recommendation and repair aligns with O’Bryan’s quality standards.
You’ll lead the service process from first contact to final delivery, ensuring our fleet partners experience professionalism at every step:
- Managing and growing fleet accounts through proactive communication
- Presenting inspection results systems
- Coordinating with technicians for accurate diagnostics and repair documentation
- Scheduling preventative maintenance to keep fleets compliant and operational
- Tracking and reporting KPIs tied to our Pay-for-Performance system
What You’ll Gain
- 8 Paid Holidays
- 5 Days PTO in Year 1 | 10 Days PTO after Year 2
- 100% Health Sharing or 50% Health Insurance Plan
- 100% Dental & Vision Insurance
- Short-Term Disability & $25,000 Life Insurance Policy
- 5-Day Work Week — No Weekends
- Company-Paid Training & Leadership Development
- Diagnostic integrity — recommendations you can trust and sell with confidence
- A team that supports your success and believes in doing things the right way
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in fleet service advising, construction/trucking account management, or independent repair leadership
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Systems-minded and organized — you keep things running smoothly
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
- A leader who values teamwork and follow-through
Compensation
Pay is performance-based, with the opportunity to earn up to 18% of Gross Profit under our structured Pay-for-Performance system. Compensation varies based on experience and ability.
