Job Details

Supports KARM Stores in their effort to be safe and effective by maintaining, repairing and/or replacing fixtures such as light, plumbing, HVAC units, doors and other necessary elements. Uses and maintains maintenance tools, equipment and supplies.

Maintains, repairs and/or replaces electrical outlets and switches as needed to ensure proper function and safety.

Performs other general maintenance related issues that may occur.

Driving between stores - as needed.

KARM Store facilities - sales floor, offices, receiving & processing areas, bathrooms, warehouse areas, break rooms, storage pods and backrooms, some air conditioned, and some with only heat in winter or fan ventilation in summer (as needed)
Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age, or older.

Must have a valid driver's license with F endorsement

Must have a good driving record.

Must provide proof of personal vehicle insurance to verify insurability.

Must comply with Hands Free Tennessee law.

Ability to use a cell phone, tablet, and GPS.

Ability driver manual transmission vehicles is preferred.

Forklift experience preferred
Physical Demands

Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crawling while using hand tools 50% of the time
