Location: Twin Cities Metro Area – 21 County Region
Compensation: $54 - $78 per hour active hours, $510.00 - $12.00 per hour beeper fee

Superior Hospice, a new branch of Home Health Care, Inc., is redefining hospice care across Minnesota. We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to serve as an on-call expert for our growing patient base. $90,000 to $130,000 annual salary based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
-
Respond promptly to after-hours calls for symptom management, crisis care, or family support

Provide in-home skilled nursing care, assessments, and interventions

Deliver emotional guidance to patients and caregivers during sensitive moments

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans as needed

Document all visits and phone calls accurately and timely in our EHR system

Educate families on comfort care and end-of-life expectations

Triage patient needs via phone and determine appropriate next steps
Qualifications:

Active RN license in Minnesota
-
Hospice, oncology, or palliative care experience required

Strong clinical judgment and ability to remain calm in urgent situations

Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and medical teams

Willingness to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
