Detail Shop Manager – Full Time
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Shop Manager to join our busy automotive shop.
The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns
- Manage employees and oversee daily shop operations
- Ensure vehicles are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
- Maintain organization, productivity, and communication throughout the shop
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience managing employees and customer relationships
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Automotive or detailing industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Proficient with scheduling and basic computer/phone applications
