- 60-bed Inpatient Rehab Facility
- Hands-on mentorship and training (90 days)
- Work with a large, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
- Heavy Stroke, TBI, SCI, Parkinson's, and polytrauma population
- See 6 to 7 patients per day on average
- 1 hour each day is set aside for documentation - never take work home with you!
- $3,000/yr Student Loan Repayment program
- $20,000 Sign-on / Relocation package
- $2,500/yr CEU reimbursement
- Medical, Dental & Life Insurance (3 plans to choose from)
- Paid Time Off (PTO) = 5 weeks +
Come work on a team of 7 Physical Therapists, 6 Occupational Therapists, and 3 Speech Language Pathologists. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 95% return-to-home rate. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care, looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
- Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
- Ability to obtain AZ Licensure required
