Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest services while ensuring the safe and efficient management of parked vehicles. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for our guests and maintaining the overall functionality of our parking operations.
Must be dependable and hardworking. Must have an open schedule for different shifts on different days including Saturdays.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in a courteous and professional manner.
- Safely operate vehicles, including performing valet parking services when required.
- Manage vehicle keys and maintain accurate records of vehicle locations.
- Provide assistance to guests with inquiries regarding the facility, local attractions, and services available.
- Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a clean environment.
- Assist in the coordination of vehicle deliveries and pickups as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in valet parking, guest services, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
