Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.

Answer phones, greet visitors, and deliver excellent customer service to clients and vendors.

Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.

Process incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other correspondence.

Support the preparation of proposals, contracts, invoices, and renewal documents.

Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.

Assist with data entry and updating company management software or CRM.

Track renewals, proposals, work orders, and project documentation as needed.

Order and maintain office supplies, uniforms, and basic equipment.

Assist HR with new hire paperwork, onboarding, and filing.

Help coordinate office events, employee recognition, and internal communications.

Support basic accounting functions such as processing receipts, expense reports, and vendor invoices.

Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and professional in appearance.

Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by managers.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.

Hourly pay range: $18.00 - $25.00, based on experience, location, and relevant qualifications.
