US Dental is seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts and assist with general office and order-processing tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, comfortable working with digital tools, and able to help with a variety of day-to-day responsibilities.
Position Overview
The Marketing Assistant will help coordinate marketing communications, promotional materials, and website updates while working closely with our graphic designer and office team. This position may also assist with processing customer orders through our point-of-sale (POS) system as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation, scheduling, and distribution of email marketing blasts.
- Work with our graphic designer to develop flyers, promotional materials, and other marketing assets.
- Coordinate website banner updates and other basic website content changes.
- Help prepare marketing materials for promotions, product announcements, and company communications.
- Review marketing content for accuracy, consistency, and proper branding.
- Assist with general administrative and office tasks as needed.
- Process customer orders through the company POS system when needed.
- Support other marketing and operational projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with email, web-based tools, and basic office software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new systems, including our Shopify ecommerce system.
- Dependable, professional, and able to work collaboratively with team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in marketing, administrative support, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
- Experience working with websites, promotional materials, or digital content.
- Basic familiarity with graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Microsoft Excel is a plus, but not required.
