Stepping Stones Pediatrics is seeking compassionate, dependable, and clinically driven Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA team on a full/part-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized ABA therapy to children and families in home and community settings.

Position Overview
As an RBT with Stepping Stones Pediatrics, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs, implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA. You will play a key role in helping clients build communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while reducing barriers to learning and independence.
This position is primarily for candidates seeking full/part-time hours at this time, with room to grow into a larger caseload over time.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or coursework in psychology, education, ABA, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes within the Las Vegas area
- Ability to maintain professionalism, session structure, and high treatment integrity
- Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
- Ability to pass any required background screening and onboarding requirements
- Bilingual Spanish Speaking a PLUS
- NV Medicaid provider log in credentials including any commercial insurances (BCBS, Aetna, etc)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in accordance with individualized treatment plans
- Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs under BCBA supervision
- Collect accurate session data and document services in a timely and professional manner
- Support clients in building communication, play, social, adaptive, and self-help skills
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and therapeutic learning environment
- Communicate effectively with caregivers and supervisors regarding client progress and session updates
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and company policies related to confidentiality, professionalism, and documentation
- Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration as needed

Schedule
Part-time / Full-time
Afternoon, evening, and/or limited daytime availability preferred depending on client needs
- Hours may increase over time based on fit, performance, and caseload availability
