The Director, Product Manager leads the go-to-market strategy for our full K-aesthetic and regenerative product portfolio. You’ll be a player-coach: setting the strategic vision, driving cross-functional execution, and developing the talent around you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead product marketing strategy for injectables, medical device and regenerative biologics from launch planning through lifecycle management
- Develop HCP-facing and patient-facing messaging, clinical content, and sales enablement tools that translate complex science into clear commercial narratives
- Own product positioning, competitive intelligence, and market segmentation across the full aesthetic and regenerative portfolio
- Partner with variety of departments such as Medical Affairs, Strategic Relationships, Sales to support KOL engagement and drive advocacy within the regenerative and aesthetic practitioner community
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure field-level execution aligns with brand strategy; equip teams with materials that move the needle
- Drive market research and customer insights programs to inform portfolio prioritization and launch sequencing
- Lead, develop, and mentor a cross-functional marketing team in a high-accountability, high-support culture
- Manage agency relationships, marketing budget, and timelines with commercial discipline
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7 to 10+ years of progressive product marketing experience with injectables, medical device and regenerative products.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches in a variety of categories
- Deep understanding of the K-Aesthetics, biologics, and/or regenerative medicine strongly preferred
- Ability building HCP engagement strategies and working directly with Key Opinion Leaders
- Experience working with a 1099/IC Sales Staff as an internal client a significant plus
- 5–7+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and managing high-performing marketing and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple functions, including Executive Leadership, Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Operations, and Strategic Relationships.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific and clinical information to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships and foster collaboration across departments to drive organizational objectives and business results.
- Experience leading through ambiguity and change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining focus on priorities and execution.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to present recommendations, business cases, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
- Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, effectively managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Ability to travel 20–25% (national conferences, customer and field visits)
- Work in hybrid role within Mission Viejo, CA office preferred
Base Salary Range: $190k to $210k plus 20% discretionary bonus
Base salary is based on candidates’ knowledge, skills, time in role and experience specifically in the required industries and products listed.
