Retail Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join the team as our Retail Coordinator. This position will be responsible for maintaining product inventory for our retail lawn and garden store, including garden seed inventory, ordering and managing plant inventory, and maintaining storage spaces.
We are looking for someone who is humble, hungry, and “people smart” to come and grow with us. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, known for positivity, and have a passion for being a part of an amazing team. Rohrer Seeds is a wholesale and retail lawn and garden seed supply company located in Lancaster, PA.

Preferred Education/ Experience
· High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Retail inventory, warehouse coordination, or garden center experience is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of agriculture/horticulture is appreciated but not required.
- Extremely personable, positive, and approachable
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
