We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team who will serve children between the ages of 12 months to 24 months. We are a Christian-based early learning center. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, possess strong communication skills, and be knowledgeable in early childhood education.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the ELC curriculum
- Create a nurturing and safe environment for children ages 12 months to 24 months to learn and grow
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and development
- Provide individualized attention to each child to support their learning needs
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities
- Passion for educating young children and creating a positive learning environment
