What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Engage & Educate: Serve as the professional face and front line of our brand at local events. Actively greet homeowners and initiate genuine, friendly conversations.
Lead Generation: Discuss home improvement needs regarding windows, siding, doors, and bathroom remodels (no prior product knowledge required-we teach you everything).
Book Appointments: Schedule free, no-obligation, in-home design estimates for interested homeowners.
Rock Local Events: Travel to, set up, and tear down eye-catching company displays at prime local spots, including Mahoning Valley Scrappers, YSU Football, Youngstown Phantoms games, county fairs, craft shows, and home expos.
What It Takes to Succeed (Requirements)
You are a true people person: Outgoing, energetic, and genuinely enjoy interacting with new people daily.
Dependable & Driven: You are goal-oriented, self-motivated, and look at a goal as a benchmark to crush.
Schedule Availability: Weekend and evening availability is necessary, as this is peak time for our best-performing community events!
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events, and comfortably handle light physical setup/teardown
