Today, we're entering an aggressive growth phase with a goal of doubling revenue over the next several years. To support that growth, we've invested in modern technology, AI-powered communication systems, CRM automation, digital advertising, and a dedicated marketing team.
We're looking for a driven sales professional who can capitalize on those resources, generate opportunities, and close business.
This is not a traditional comfort advisor position where you simply run company appointments. We are looking for someone who can hunt, follow up relentlessly, build relationships, and help drive company growth.
Position Overview
The HVAC Revenue Growth Specialist combines the responsibilities of:
- Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- Business Development Representative (BDR)
- Appointment Setter
- Comfort Advisor
- In-Home Sales Consultant
You'll work company-generated leads while also creating opportunities through outbound prospecting, referral generation, customer reactivation campaigns, and follow-up efforts.
You will have the support of Miller's operations team, CRM systems, AI-powered communication tools, and our dedicated marketing partner, FullFlex.Agency, which actively supports lead generation, digital marketing, advertising campaigns, automation, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Success in this role comes from maximizing both company-generated opportunities and self-generated opportunities.
ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Business Development
- Make outbound calls to past customers and unsold estimates
- Re-engage dormant opportunities
- Generate referrals from satisfied customers
- Follow up with service and maintenance customers
- Prospect replacement opportunities
- Execute phone, SMS, and email outreach campaigns
- Maintain consistent daily outbound activity
- Collaborate with marketing campaigns to maximize lead conversion
Sales & Closing
- Conduct in-home HVAC consultations
- Assess homeowner needs and comfort concerns
- Present Good / Better / Best system options
- Explain financing solutions and promotions
- Deliver professional proposals
- Follow up on open estimates
- Close residential HVAC replacement opportunities
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Track activities and follow-up tasks
- Manage sales pipeline effectively
- Utilize company CRM and sales tools
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and installation teams
QualificationsRequired
- Experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, outbound sales, or high-volume phone sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls daily
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and follow-up process
- Valid California Driver's License
Preferred
- HVAC sales experience
- Home services sales experience
- Solar, roofing, windows, pest control, or home improvement sales experience
- CRM experience (Service Fusion, ServiceTitan, Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
- Financing sales experience
Compensation Base Salary
$42,000 annually
Commission Structure
Company-Generated Leads
- 4% commission on closed sales
Self-Generated Opportunities
- 8% commission on closed sales

Within your first year:
- Generate and close new residential HVAC opportunities
- Consistently manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Create opportunities through both company and self-generated efforts
- Produce $1M+ in annual closed sales
- Help drive Miller's growth from approximately $3.5M in annual revenue toward its next stage of expansion
