Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
Granny NANNIES Home Care is seeking compassionate, experienced, and reliable licensed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to senior and disabled adults in the comfort of their own homes.
We do not staff facilities — all care is provided in private home settings.
Current Staffing Needs...
We are currently recruiting for:
- 4-hour to 12-hour shifts
- Weekend shifts (AM and PM)
- Flexible scheduling available
Pay Rates:
- New Patient Cases: $20.00 per hour (4-hour minimum per visit)
- Existing Patient Cases: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour (4-hour minimum per visit)
The ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted is a requirement.

Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00/hour for all new patient cases (4-hour minimum)
- $18.00 – $19.00/hour for existing patient cases (4-hour minimum)
- $30.00 flat rate for 1-hour visits (new cases)
- $45.00 flat rate for 2-hour visits (new cases)
- 1.5x pay rate for two-patient cases
- 1.5x holiday pay (Christmas, New Year’s, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving)
- $0.67 per mile reimbursement (when driving for patient needs)
- Weekly direct deposit (Monday–Sunday pay period)
- Opportunity to earn overtime on approved cases
