- Position: Lead Toddler Teacher

Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum & Instruction: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that support cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development for toddlers, incorporating creative play, art, and music.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that meets Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL) licensing regulations.
- Child Development & Care: Provide nurturing care, including assisting with toilet training, feeding, and naptime routines, while ensuring individualized attention to each child's needs.
- Family Communication: Build strong relationships with parents through daily reports, app updates, and conferences regarding child progress and behavior.
- Leadership: Guide assistant teachers or floaters in the classroom and mentor staff to ensure cohesive care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Have a high school diploma .
- Certifications: Valid CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Background Check: Must pass all state-required background checks, including fingerprints.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30-70 pounds, sit on the floor, and bend/stoop frequently.
