Join our rapid-growing Garage Door Service team as a Customer Service/Dispatcher using Service Titan software in Valdosta, GA! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. You will coordinate service appointments, ensure technicians accurately clock-in, dispatch to and complete jobs, and clock-out using Service Titan software, and manage communication between customers and the appropriate staff. ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Allstar Garage Doors has 19 years in the garage residential and commercial door business. We also install and service gutters, shower enclosure glass, fireplaces, commercial docks, motorized screens, shelving, and mirrors.
SKILLS SEEKING:
- Strong customer service skills; 3-years office experience REQUIRED
- Previous Call Center or Dispatch/Scheduling experience; minimum 1-year preferred
- Service Titan Software experience is a huge benefit! $500 Sign on bonus for this experience!
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone manner
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in data entry managing multi-line phone systems
- Strong accurate typing skills
- Computer literacy with experience of Outlook; Word; Excel; Google Docs; Google Sheets
- Self-motivated; energetic; fun; friendly
- Live within 30-mile radius of office
REQUIREMENTS:
- Pass Background Check and Drug Test
- Personal transportation and valid Driver’s License
- Pass Service Titan test
