Position Summary/General Description:
The Part-Time Courier/ Warehouse Clerk receives, stores and distributes material, tools, equipment and products within the warehouse. In addition, this position assists in deliveries of job material and equipment to all sites for the corporation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving and delivering equipment and material to internal and field staff in a safe and timely manner.

Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Responsible for storing and stocking items received in a safe and secure manner within designated area(s) such as the Material Room, Breaker Storeroom, Document Storeroom, Project Material Storage Area, and Project Material Staging Area.

Responsible for utilizing material handling equipment in a safe manner and insuring that such equipment is properly maintained.

Maintain and keep inventory in order on shelves.

Prepare orders by pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in designated Project Material Staging Area.

Assisting in maintaining inventory controls, by assuring all delivery documents are turned into the Warehouse Manager.

Perform job duties efficiently and effectively without reminders.

Work effectively and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruptions.

Safe use of equipment, trailers, forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, hand tools, and ladders when performing warehouse duties.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
Education & Experience:
-
High School Diploma or GED.
-
Relevant warehouse work experience preferred.

Construction background a plus.
Licensing & Certification:
-
Must Have a Valid New Mexico Driver’s License and be insurable.
Essential Physical Requirements:

Requires employee to hear, talk, walk, kneel, turn/twist and repetitively use hands the majority of the time.

Requires employee to push/pull, carry, lift, and slide/transfer 1-50 lbs. the majority of the time.
Work Environment (inside/outside):
The work is performed in the warehouse and within all locations of the company.
Other Requirements:

Must pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug screen.

Must pass required access screening.
