Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they are seated in a timely fashion.
- Take accurate food and drink orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests, checking in to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and concerns in a professional manner.
- Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, including resetting tables and refilling drinks.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Follow all restaurant safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a safe and clean environment for both guests and staff.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of past service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as carry heavy trays and supplies.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
