We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, assisting with reservations or inquiries.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Assist in training new hosts/hostesses as needed.
