Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Part-Time Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Washington. In this hands-on role, you will assist with order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, inventory organization, and general warehouse operations to help ensure smooth and efficient workflow throughout the facility.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining accuracy and safety standards across all warehouse activities.
Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders using product SKUs and UPCs
- Verify order accuracy through quality control checks before shipment
- Pack orders using proper box sizes and packing materials to ensure safe delivery
- Receive and unload inbound freight shipments
- Verify inbound inventory against packing lists and purchase orders
- Stock products in designated warehouse locations within required timeframes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization projects
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and company operational standards
- Assist team members with general warehouse functions as needed
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills including email and internet usage
- Experience with warehouse shipping or inventory systems is a plus
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus, but not required
- Training will be provided
