As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Associate to support our Warehouse Manager with day-to-day warehouse operations and shipping activities.
Position Overview
This is a hands-on warehouse and operational support role ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. In addition to supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, this role will also assist with data entry, purchase order processing, and general administrative support for the Operations and Purchasing teams.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, reliable, computer savvy, and able to balance both physical warehouse responsibilities and desk-based operational tasks.
This position is part-time and based fully onsite in our Portsmouth, NH office/warehouse.
Schedule
- Part-Time
- Flexible weekday schedule available
- Approximately 20–30 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
- Prepare and package outgoing orders for shipment
- Label, stage, and organize inventory and equipment
- Help maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with data entry and purchase order processing
- Support Purchasing and Operations teams with administrative tasks and order management
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding shipment timing and order status
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse
- Assist Warehouse Manager with general operational tasks and special projects
- Support occasional local pickups/deliveries if needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, or inventory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move boxes/equipment as needed
- Comfortable being on your feet throughout the day
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning internal systems
