A growing professional services organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to support daily business operations, human resources activities, and general office administration. Assist with HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance tracking.

Coordinate team meetings, employee events, training sessions, and company celebrations.

Manage logistics, vendor communication, and scheduling.

Support employee recognition and engagement activities.

Maintain training records and professional certification tracking.

Assist with compliance documentation and regulatory filings.

Monitor renewal schedules and required reporting deadlines.

Process vendor invoices, payment requests, and employee expense reimbursements.

Verify approvals and supporting documentation for payments.

Organize and maintain payment records and receipts.

Assist with tracking incoming payments and account documentation.

Greet visitors and provide professional customer service.

Coordinate shipping, receiving, mail distribution, and courier services.

Provide front desk coverage as needed.

Support day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive work environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.
-
1+ year of office administration, customer service, or coordinator experience preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
