What You'll Do:
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Deliver occupational therapy services in home and community settings based on each child's individual needs.
- Coach and educate parents and caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic strategies.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to promote participation in everyday routines and community activities.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and company learning opportunities.

Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Illinois Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- Early Intervention experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation for community-based visits
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
