Barista (Drive-Thru Coffee Shop)
Pay: $11.98/hour + tips
We're looking for an experienced, energetic Barista to join our team at our brand-new drive-thru coffee concept! We specialize in handcrafted coffee, espresso drinks, energy drinks, refreshers, and grab-and-go snacks in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, energy drinks, and other menu items.
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service through our drive-thru.
- Accurately take orders and process payments using the Toast POS system.
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy rushes.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked throughout each shift.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, inventory, and restocking as needed.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of previous barista experience required.
- Experience preparing espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks.
- Previous experience using Toast POS is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
