Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and stimulate learning and curiosity.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that supports social-emotional development and positive behavior management strategies.
- Plan and execute engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers and preschoolers, including special education and early intervention techniques.
- Manage classroom routines effectively to ensure safety, discipline, and an organized learning space conducive to active participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues, specialists in childhood education, speech therapists, or behavioral specialists to support children with diverse needs.
- Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
Requirements
- NCECC
- Qualification letter/TB test/Medical report
- CPR/First Aid
- Proven experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting; prior childcare experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists.
- Classroom management skills that foster a positive learning environment while ensuring safety and discipline.
- Ability to plan lessons that incorporate standardized testing practices when applicable and adapt instruction for diverse learners.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
