RF Logistics, LLC is seeking a Medical Liaison Officer at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington to support an anticipated U.S. Army contract with Project Manager Soldier Medical Devices (PM SMD), Force Integration Directorate — materiel fielding and medical liaison support for Army medical devices and equipment sets worldwide.
This position is contingent upon award of the contract to RF Logistics, LLC. Anticipated start is on or about 2 September 2026.
You are our forward presence in the Pacific Northwest — the person supported units call when medical equipment arrives, needs service, or a fielding mission has to be coordinated. You will independently execute fielding missions and hand off medical materiel to gaining units on behalf of the Government — an autonomous role with real accountability.
Travel: Approximately 3 to 4 round trips per year, about 7 days each — Fort Detrick, MD and Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical logistics assistance and deliver medical sustainment technical guidance to supported units in your area of responsibility.
- Independently conduct fielding missions on behalf of the Government — data entry, upload, and approval in the fielding system of record, plus ACN/BDN verification so all set components are available at the fielding site.
- Execute hand-off of medical materiel to gaining units on behalf of the Regional Manager, delivering completed documentation — DD Form 1348-1, inventory reports, Accountable Property Officer orders, and DA Form 1687 — within 48 hours.
- Coordinate Class VIII resupply and maintenance with supported units, Madigan Army Medical Center, local medical logistics units, and USAMMA’s Medical Maintenance Depots and Business Support Office.
- Serve as liaison between PM SMD’s Force Integration Directorate and gaining commands on fielding requirements — project definition, resource validation, and estimates for manpower, travel, and schedule.
- Develop requirement estimates and resource recommendations: equipment density reports, maintenance service schedules, disposition instructions, Medical Equipment Set (MES) assembly management, and Class VIII requisition reconciliations.
- Conduct fault systems analysis on field issues with course-of-action recommendations, and provide monthly and quarterly status reports.
Required qualifications
- Six years of related logistics experience. No degree required.
- Active or currently eligible U.S. Government SECRET clearance (Tier 3 investigation reflected in DISS/NBIS). An interim determination may permit onboarding; final favorable adjudication is required to continue.
- Proven ability to work independently, lead and direct the work of others, and apply judgment with wide latitude.
- Microsoft Office including Access, Project, Excel, and Visio.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and to satisfy medical deployability screening.
Preferred qualifications
- Army medical logistics systems — TEWLS, LOGICOL, AESIP, GCSS-Army, LMI-DST, or M3PT. DPAS familiarity is a plus.
- Army medical logistics background (68J, 68A, 70K, or civilian equivalent), and prior Logistics Assistance Representative (LAR), materiel fielding, or New Equipment Fielding experience.
- Class VIII supply chain and Medical Equipment Set assembly management experience.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
