- Assist with recruitment, intake, interviewing, orientation, and assessment.
- Determine eligibility determination, job placement, follow-up, and record keeping on all participants, to assure compliance for audits and monitoring visits of agency staff and funding agency staff.
- Develop along with the participant a comprehensive service plan, which indicates the participant’s employment and education goals, individual long and short-term goals and objectives.
- Prepare and maintain a comprehensive service plan and file on each participant.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Location: Pitt and Beaufort Counties
Associate degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field, and/or 2 years of experience in Case Management or Social Work.
