Maintenance Technician (Mid-Level) – ManufacturingPosition Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the daily operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role focuses on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting to keep production running efficiently with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment including saws, cutting systems, and fabrication machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and restore operation
- Replace and repair components such as motors, bearings, belts, sensors, switches, and air components
- Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and calibration
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and basic electrical diagrams
- Maintain facility systems including air compressors, electrical panels, and general shop equipment
- Work closely with production team to improve equipment reliability and uptime
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Working knowledge of electrical systems (120V–480V preferred)
- Experience with pneumatic systems and air-powered equipment
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic tools
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Self-sufficient and able to diagnose issues without constant supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CNC equipment, saws, or fabrication machinery
- Welding or light fabrication experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Work Schedule
- Full-time position
- Overtime as needed

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
