Park Manager (Immediate Hire)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $3,500/month + Complimentary RV Site Fee
Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:
As the Park Manager, you will be the face and operational anchor of our location. Your mission is twofold: maximize park occupancy through proactive sales/marketing outreach, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. We are predominantly long-term, looking for someone to manage a ‘small’ rv park.
- Drive Revenue & Sales: Effectively sell the park's features and conveniences to incoming travelers, manage guest inquiries, follow up on leads and actively convert short-term inquiries into bookings.
- Fantastic Customer Service: Provide an elite level of hospitality. Greet guests, handle check-ins/check-outs smoothly, resolve issues with professionalism, and maintain a warm, welcoming environment.
- Property & Front-Office Management: Utilize the RV PMS efficiently to manage reservations, track site inventory, optimize rates and process payments accurately.
- Flexible Schedule: Maintain operational oversight of the property.
- Team & Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate and ensure the park grounds, amenities, and utility sites remain clean, safe and fully functional at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in RV park management, campground operations, or hospitality management.
- A natural salesperson mindset with a track record of driving bookings and property growth.
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for guest relations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a self-starter work ethic.
Pay: $3,500.00 per month
